Brenda G. has 20 years experience in global marketing and communications, including 13 years at Reebok International, most recently as VP Global Branding reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO. In this leadership role, Brenda created the strategic vision for the Reebok brand. At Reebok, Brenda oversaw a budget in excess of $100 million, managing 10 departments and influencing the entire organization. She directly supervised all global advertising, promotion, in store presence, employee communication, event/exhibit marketing, public relations, research, creative services, television programming and production, Internet/interactive marketing and entertainment marketing. During her tenure at Reebok, she also worked on several brand "turnarounds", including leading a McKinsey team. In 1999, she left Reebok to become Vice President, Marketing and a member of the executive Committee at LumaPath, an internet company backed by Hummer Winblad and Atlas Ventures, which provides CRM infrastructure and software, which recently ceased marketing operations due to the current funding environment. Prior to Reebok, Brenda worked in advertising at two prominent Boston agencies. She has BA, Cum Laude, from Boston College.

Barry L. is the president and CEO of CarterComm, where he provides broad corporate advisory services, including M&A, financing, business and corporate development, marketing, and strategy. His assignments range from big picture strategy to core business planning to full infrastructure building and management/implementation. In 1999, Barry became SVP West Coast and Corporate development for About.com where he focused on corporate and business development, distribution, content relationships and corporate marketing. At About.com, he was a member of corporate M&A and venture teams working closely with the investment community, as well as leading the corporate strategy group, focusing on wireless, broadband and international. He also created, directed and executed offline initiatives, moving About content, brand, assets into print, TV, radio, live events, etc. Prior thereto, Barry has held senior marketing and management positions with FasTV, a market leading internet video search and programming service; and Cendant Software, where he as was the Managing Director for their Internet/Online Division, achieving more than 410 million in revenues within the first 14 months of operations; and Ketchum communications, where he was Corporate Vice president and director, Ketchum interactive, establishing the company’s worldwide new media/interactive services unit/ Barry has done graduate studies at Fordham University in public Communications and undergraduate work at Hofstra in Broadcasting/ Journalism.

John W. is a creative, innovative global marketing executive with broad experience leading blue-chip consumer products brands, focused on growth, profitability, and leading productive, motivated management teams. He is experienced managing both US and international businesses, including P&L’s ranging from $10 million to more than $400 million for Internet start-up and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has launched over $175 million of successful new products in the US and international markets; developed and implemented marketing plans with budgets ranging from $1-40 million; and completed turnarounds of $30 million U.S. business and a $100 million international division. Most recently, john was the Chief Marketing Officer for The Healthscout Network, an Internet content company providing health news, broadband and E-commerce for affiliates including Yahoo, Prodigy, NBCi. Led HealthScout.com site redesign and launched E-commerce service, driving traffic from 2.5mm to 6.5mm+ page views, 1mm visitors/month. Prior thereto, John was held numerous senior management and marketing jobs at SARA LEE Corp, including President of its Duofold Division and Executive Vice President Marketing/Sales for its J.E. Morgan Division. Prior thereto John was Vice president, worldwide marketing for L.A. Gear following marketing jobs at both Reebok and Converse. John has an MBA in Marketing from Bentley College Graduate Business School, and a BSBA in Marketing from the Boston University School of Management.

Dean H. has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising. He served in account management roles on Procter & Gamble’s Downy and Duz at Grey Advertising and on Johnson’s Disposable Diapers at SSC&B Lintas Advertising. Then, he co-founded a full service-advertising agency and worked as the copy half of the primary creative team. Accounts included: Coca-Cola Foods, Citibank, NatWest Bank, MasterCard International, Chase, Nestle, Sotheby’s and ADP. During this period the agency won awards in television, radio, print, outdoor and direct mail. In 1999 he joined hotjobs.com as SVP-Marketing and managed a $50 million marketing budget and 50 in staff. Moving advertising in-house he saved hotjobs $10 million annually in staff, media and advertising production costs while sustaining a +50% quarter on quarter growth. Then, as Chief Marketing Officer for carday.com, he moved all marketing and advertising in-house which resulted in an 80% savings in direct costs along with a corresponding +700% increase in site traffic and sales. He has taught Marketing at Fairfield University and the University and has lectured at Columbia, MIT, Hofstra and The University of New Haven. Dean has an MBA in Marketing and International form Columbia Business School, an MIA in South Asian Studies from the Columbia School of International Affairs and a BA in Sociology from Carleton College.

John O. offers more than 20 years of experience in key operational areas, including Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Business Development and Sales, as well as Strategic Planning and M&A. Well versed in the business and personnel dynamics inherent in situations ranging from small startups to large corporations, John has extensive international expertise and has traveled to eighty countries. Most recently, John was VP of Marketing at Simulation Sciences, where he established a fact based marketing organization and redirected the company to a market driven, customer satisfaction focus. As an inherent part of the executive team, he led strategic planning and executed to achieve a turnaround of thirty basis points in a single year. While at Honeywell, he was the industry point-person responsible for taking his business segment from start-up to $300 million in 8 years. John has augmented his formal education with numerous courses such as Honeywell’s internal MBA from St. Thomas University and Six Sigma green belt training. In addition, John has a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Victor L. brings an outstanding pedigree of success in a variety of business development assignments, combining experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development with both small business and large institutions. Blending dynamic energy and keen intellect, Victor “makes things happen”. As a Vice President with Paine Webber and Cendant Corporation, Victor demonstrated his business development skills by consistently setting and surpassing sales revenue records. Victor started his career in the commercial real estate arena, honing his qualitative and quantitative research skills during his 10 years with Coldwell Banker and Congress Realty. Victor has a BA degree from Harvard College.
