Engagement Leaders

Sequel believes that the utilization of independent management and functional experts as Engagement Leaders and Consultants provides a distinct competitive advantage over conventional turnaround consulting firms by enabling Sequel to better match management needs to functional industry expertise. While Sequel has its own large and growing network of hundreds of potential Engagement Leaders and Consultants across all relevant functional areas and most industries, it has also established key strategic relationships with national and regional executive search firms and staffing agencies to maximize access to superior executive talent.

Sequel has two levels of engagement participants:

  • Engagement Leaders bring seasoned management and functional experience to Sequel's engagements and serve as Sequel's primary liaison between clients and Sequel's strategic relationships. Engagement Leaders may have functionally specific expertise, such as technology or finance, or be more broadly focused on general management. At times, functional Engagement Leaders will report to an overall client Engagement Leader.

  • Engagement Consultants constitute the balance of Sequel's engagement project staff, reporting to Engagement Leaders. Engagement Consultants with meaningful line implementation experience are staffed on a case-by-case basis on individual projects/engagements.
