Charles W. has 30 years of successful change management experience in all areas of human resources and administrative operations. His strategic and hands-on transactional skills have been honed through leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies as VP/Senior Human Resources Officer at ContiResources and CBS/Columbia Group, and as a consultant for a wide range of smaller companies. His proactive style has been instrumental in quickly anticipating and promptly solving issues in both union and non-union environments. Representative of his successes are his recent turn-around of a hostile workplace as the interim (2 years) senior officer responsible for all human resources strategic and day-to-day activities at ContiResources, a $12 billion nationwide financial services organization. Charles' earlier accomplishments include: creating and implementing structures, policies and programs to successfully assimilate a multinational acquisition into a Fortune 500 company; his astute identification and prompt solution of issues to counteract a union organizational environment in a 2,500 employee customer service center; the development and orchestration of employee relations policies, practices and programs to successfully close a militant unionized facility and then start-up a new union-free operation for a domestic aerospace manufacturer; and the development and implementation of numerous cost containment measures to improve the bottom line without adversely affecting employee morale and productivity. Prior thereto, was responsible for HR at CBS Inc.'s multi-national, 10,000 employee consumer products and services group and was Director Employee Relations and Services for 25,000 domestic employees and significant other corporate and line management assignments. Charles is a graduate of the Senior Executive Management Program at CBS School of Management and has a BA from Georgetown University.

John H. brings a successful record of achievement across three continents, combining expertise and leadership with both Human Resources and Business environments, including organizational transformation and restructuring for growth in U.S. and international markets. John’s strengths include strong negotiation skills, internally and externally, including positive results/outcomes working with entities representing employee interests. He is also adept at building collaborative relationships within and across functional lines in multiple matrix organizations. For the past 3 years, John has been an independent consultant focusing primarily on clients in the Asia-Pacific region, where he has: developed and implemented the entire human resources infrastructure for a wireless start-up in Thailand; provided modeling and planning for a technology start-up in the Philippines; and developed an organizational structure and employee manual for a semi-conductor company in Taiwan. Prior thereto, John was Vice President and Director of Planning for the Satellite Communications Division of Motorola, Inc., where he worked for 15 years, including three years as Vice president and Director of Human Resources for Motorola Japan. John also has 13 years of experience in various positions with U.S. Steel. He has a BS in Commerce and Management from DePaul University.

David B. offers more than 25 years of key experience in Human Resources, including training, compensation, international HR, employee relations, recruiting and benefits. He is well versed in the business and personnel dynamics in situations from rapid growth to M&A to downsizing, he has successfully counseled senior management and executed comprehensive HR solutions to support those recommendations. As Vice President – Human Resources at National TechTeam, he was responsible for all HR activity, providing counsel to management, consistent HR policies, integrating recruiting and training, developing compensation and executive benefit plans, and insuring cost-effective employee services across multiple locations in the US and Europe. Prior thereto, as Director – Human resources at Lear Corporation, he was the key HR person charged with staffing approximately 15 new facilities in Canada, Australia, Europe and the United States. Mr. Bell has a MS in HR Management from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Regina O. is a management consultant specializing in building and sustaining leadership development through a variety of initiatives such as conflict and negotiation, mentoring, networking, team building, crisis management, communication, and relationship building. She is a principal in Cavendish Group, where she has spent the last ten years designing and delivering leadership and management development programs. She is also a principal in The LookOut, an application service provider of web-enabled mentoring programs. She is on the faculty at the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University in Boston and at New York University’s Executive MBA Program, and she is a certified trainer for a number of management simulation programs. From 1982-1988, she worked for an international CPA firm as an audit manager, and she is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Regina received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan Business School, her MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and her B.S. in from the University of Massachusetts.
