Following (and sometimes during) the Assessment & Analysis Phase, Sequel will present relevant stakeholders with a summary of its Assessments together with recommendations and alternatives for prioritized action. These recommendations will be accompanied by estimated timetables with well-defined targets (both quantifiable and unquantifiable). The emphasis in this Phase is on establishing achievable targets and identifying and prioritizing those actions which are likely to have the biggest impact.
